Greg received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. He was a Florida State Certified Contractor since 1973-2017.
He and his wife, Creasha moved to Southwest Florida in 1975, and he started his construction company shortly thereafter. While his Class "A" License allowed him to build any type of structure, he primarily focused on Residential and Light Commercial Construction.
Sustainable and "Green" Design was a driving force in Greg's construction methods and building designs.
Greg's son-in-law, Will Houser, and family continue the legacy of his company with the same passion for quality, details, and design that he shared.

Will received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from University of Florida. After Hurricane Charlie hit Sanibel Island, Will moved to Fort Myers as a Project Manager for WEGLARZ Construction. After working for Greg for over a year, Will moved to Orlando to pursue residential construction. Will & Andrea moved back to Fort Myers in 2006, a time when he decided to explore commercial construction.
Will has worked for reputable construction companies in Southwest Florida. He has been involved in the construction and management of many recognizable projects through-out our region.

Creasha has been designing interiors since moving to Southwest Florida over 25 years ago. Creasha received her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from The University of Florida and is an NCIDQ Certified Designer, involved in Residential, Hospitality, and Corporate Interiors.
"Many of our clients come to us with their own interior designer and that situation is always welcomed." When, however, the client has asked us to design their home with our professionals, Creasha's space planning experience can be incorporated into the team.

Andrea earned her Bachelor's of Design from the University of Florida. She first moved to Orlando to pursue hospitality and commercial design and was fortunate to work on several large design projects for Disney.
As a Sanibel native, Andrea desired to move back to Southwest Florida to start a family with her husband. After being employed at a reputable architecture firm, Andrea joined WEGLARZ Construction and WEGLARZ Design. Andrea's background includes large commercial and hospitality projects, as well as residential design and construction. She provides design, management, and technical support to WEGLARZ Construction.
